Broncos and Lady Broncos Compete at Spring Break ASU Invitational

While others were off enjoying spring break the Bronco and Lady Broncos were competing at the Angelo State University Invitational Track Meet on Thursday, March 14, 2024.

The Broncos competed in the Waco area for State Team Tennis. The Broncos faced Thrall in the first round of the tournament. After some good matches, the Broncos clinched a 13-0 win. In the quarterfinal round, the Broncos defeated Ozona with a team score of 7-1. Defeating Ozona put the Broncos up against a tough team from Utopia in the semifinals. The Broncos went to battle, but fell short to the Buffaloes, the eventual state champions, 4-7. After regrouping, the Broncos came to play in their third-place match against San Saba, defeating them 7-0. The team competed well and gave everything they had every match. Thank you to all the parents, fans, and community for all of your support.
