Sonora, Texas – Patricia Guerra Duran, 58, of Sonora Texas has gained her wings to join her beloved creator on Friday, February 5, 2021.
Patricia was born on June 11, 1962 to the late Santos and Margarita Duran.
She was raised in Sonora, Texas with her siblings.
Her love for her books, and family will be her biggest memory.
She always opened her heart and home for anyone in need. She would always think of others when it came to meals, she would always feed people she knew or even didn’t know.
She will be greeted by her grandparents, parents, sister, nephew, aunts and uncles in heaven.
She will be missed by her oldest daughter M.J. Felan, her husband Jose Felan of Sonora, Texas, her grandson David Torres of Uvalde, Texas and beloved granddoggies Geonni, River, Ranger, and Rip.
Her youngest daughter Ashley Garza, her husband Filemon Garza of Burnet, Texas and her beloved grandchildren Sergio, Javier, Junior, and granddoggie Blue.
She is survived by her younger siblings, Linda Gonzalez and husband Uber of Eldorado, Texas, Anita Duran of Sonora, Texas, Tommie Sanchez and husband Mike Sanchez of Sonora, Texas., and Manuel Duran and wife Rachel Duran of Sonora, Texas. As well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 26,2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Sonora, TX. Burial will follow at Sonora Cemetery under the direction of the Love Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at lovefuneralhome.net.
