Danny Abalos, of Sonora, went home to be with our father September 21, 2016.
Danny was born July 27, 1960 in Rankin Texas.
He is the son of Willie and Mickey Abalos.
Danny is survived by his mother, Mickey Abalos of Odessa. He is also survived by sisters, Susie Ramirez and husband Fidencio of Sonora, Mariann Bagley and husband Jimmy of Odessa, brothers, Willie Abalos of Midland and Tony Abalos and wife Wuanice of Kennedale, Rudy Abalos and wife Sandy of Broaddus, Poly Abalos and wife Gloria of San Antonio, Jorge Abalos and wife Delvia of Artesia New Mexico, Ernest Abalos of Pueblo Colorado and Gilbert Abalos and wife Tawny of Ennis Texas.
Danny is also survived by many nieces and nephews and lots and lots of cousins, aunts and uncles.
He is preceded in death by his father Willie Abalos. Grandparents Frank and Maggie Abalos, and Rito and Felipa Montanez.
Danny will always be remembered for his love of country music, dancing, and singing.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting, but also cooking out with his friends and family.
He will be forever missed by all his family that he loved and loved him. The Abalos dance contests will never be the same.
A visitation was held all day Friday, September 23, 2016 at the Shaffer Funeral Home in San Angelo.
A rosary followed that evening.
Funeral services were held Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe church in Robert Lee.
Burial followed at Robert Lee Cemetery.
Services were under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
