Guadalupe P. Sanchez of Sonora, Texas, age 102, went to be with Our Lord on January 2, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Ernestina Sanchez, and his sisters Victoria Gonzalez, Elisa Valdez, Amada Castaneda, and Eva Castilleja.
He is survived by three daughters, Arcelia Carrasco and husband Edward, Noelia Hernandez, and Nanette Stephens and husband Robert, six grandchildren, Leslie Kassahn, Scott Hernandez, Edward Lee Carrasco, Kimberly Hernandez, Camille Martinez, and Hilary Sanchez, and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at St. Ann's Catholic Church.
Burial followed in Sonora Cemetery. A Rosary was held Tuesday, January 3, at Love Funeral Home Chapel.
