Last Friday night in Christoval, the Sonora Broncos overcame being 20 points down after a wild first quarter against the then 1-3 district opponent Cougars on Jack Pardee Stadium’s grass field. Many football teams would have lost focus and stayed in the 20-point hole. The Broncos simply refused to stay there.
